Reserve your property

An apartment can be reserved on payment of a 1'500€ reservation fee; this is
refundable against the initial deposit for the property only;
- In case you purchase an apartment and a parking the reservation fee is unique just
add it when you completed the Reservation Agreement;
- Payment of the Reservation fee can be made by banking transfer to us. See details
in the Reservation - Agreement on Contact us;
- Please also be sure to scan/fax a completed Reservation Agreement with your
transfer, this can be downloaded in Contact us.
Status definition
- Reserved: Client can reserved for 7 days by sending us via email their name,
surname, address and the apartment code
- Booked: Balkimo received the Reservation Fee and the completed Reservation Agreement
- Sold: The Builder received the first instalment payment
- Not Available: Can be sold in specific case
- Available: Free
